About us
Captain Dan DeVisser has well over 35 years of experience, commanding vessels ranging from dinghies to yachts and currently holds a 100 ton master near coastal endorsement. His journey began with his family’s runabout and ski boats, and he subsequently worked at one of the finest boat yards in West Michigan. With tens of thousands of hours under his belt while navigating the Great Lakes and beyond, Captain Dan has extensive knowledge of charts, making it irrelevant if he has been to a harbor numerous times or it’s a new experience for him. He is also a fire lieutenant and EMT, allowing him always to stay calm and prepared to tackle any situation that could arise. We have a vast network, implying that if we don’t have the answer, we can promptly get it for you. Captain Dan is a team player who is courteous, enthusiastic.
